Mason has designed and installed over a thousand home theaters, media rooms, studios, tour coaches and entertainment experiences for Nashville celebrities along with Hollywood "A" list types and corporate clients. “I always create something that allows people to escape reality and forget about the outside world. I accomplish this by a creative mix of full color LED lighting, sound, and video. This is a perfect recipe for ambiance and entertainment."
“It all started at age 11 when I started tearing apart speakers and Christmas lights. My room was always rocking and I had a nice light-show to go with it!” Six patents later Mason is still dreaming up new innovative designs and experiences. Mason was one of the pioneers of mixing light and sound in consumer electronic products industry. His products have been sold in major retailers such as Best Buy, RadioShack, Target, QVC and many other web marketing companies. His illuminated speaker system was the first speaker system to combine LED lighting, color control and sound activation circuitry. “I wanted to create a light show in the speaker itself; not just another lighting instrument. LED's offer major energy savings, emit very little heat, are fully intelligent; thus they can change color with a push of a button or can be programed. They are a great design tool.”
Mason is currently working on bringing full color LED's to the home and retail space to accent the décor and branding. “It’s like the new high tech paint; you can change the color of a wall or space at any time! Color has an affect on our senses and the moods that we all experience everyday; with full color LED technology we can have any color at anytime creating a lifestyle experience that affects our mood and well being. With full color LEDs it’s the best of both worlds"
Mason resides in Nashville with his wife Laurie, son Patrick and 2 crazy cats Puddy and Tiger. |
